About us

We are a family-run business, and we use our home as a home for your dog—whether it’s just for the day or for an extended stay. Donna has over 20 years of experience working with dogs and continually updates her skills to provide the best possible care.

We have worked hard to create a wonderful experience for your dog. Our space is safe, spacious, and fun for your pet’s physical needs. We nurture their mental well-being with engaging games and activities, while also addressing their emotional needs through one-on-one care, affection, and a structured environment that helps them build healthy social skills with other dogs. We focus on reinforcing positive behavior and emphasize the importance of healthy boundaries and socialization.

Our small team of dedicated professionals combines both experience and genuine love for animals to ensure your dog’s stay with us is exceptional—and that they’ll want to come back! Donna’s adult sons, Torrey and Bryce, also visit frequently and always enjoy helping with the care and playtime of our guests.

Our home has been thoughtfully customized with your dog in mind. The “dog room” is equipped with crates and other comforts to help them feel at ease. Large dogs, small dogs, and special-needs dogs all share the space together under close supervision to encourage healthy interaction. We also have three securely fenced yards where your dog can enjoy plenty of exercise and fresh air. Many of our customers tell us their dogs are as relaxed and comfortable here as they are in their own home.

Riley's home away from home!

"Donna has taken care of Riley since he was a puppy.  He is overjoyed in the car as we approach her house....I can tell how he loves his time there! He receives the best of  personal care from Donna and her staff!"

Doreen Blumenfeld, Riley's owner

"This is a vey 'homey' environment for my dogs and they walk in happy with their tails wagging. My dogs always come home better behaved too!"

"My dog spent over a year in the shelter before we adopted him.  He was stresssed and in need of rehabilitation.  After socializing him at Stay and Play he became very well balanced and much happier and payful."

I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give uncondtional love.  For me, they are the role model for being alive.
